        • The owner himself drives the rollback to pick up and deliver customer cars
        • We also can arrange long distance pick up and delivery
    • No surprises:
      • One of the most common frustrations associated with a car repair is to be surprised by a unexpected bill, an unauthorized repair, or a delay.  This anxiety is exponentially amplified as you migrate into the much larger scope of a restoration.
      • For years we too have struggled to improve and eliminate surprises and the associated frustration.  While the surprises will never be eliminated we’ve taken many steps to substantially and substantively improve the situation.
        • Documented, saved, itemized work authorization documents
        • Approval of scope augmentation
        • Frequent billing (every couple three weeks if active and then under $5,000
        • Timely discussion and awareness of cost exceeding estimates

  • There will always be surprises but we fully understand the concern and have made it part of our culture to minimize and ideally eliminate them all together
